The Cumin Club - Sambar Idly

Fluffy steamed rice cakes in a tangy and hearty stew of lentil and vegetables

Ingredients:  

Toor Dal, Moong Dal, Coconut oil, Mustard, Fenugreek Seeds, Onion, Curry Leaves, Moringa Pods, Turmeric, Tomato, Salt, Asafoetida, Jaggery, Pepper Corn, Split Chickpeas, Split Black Gram, Coriander Seeds, Red Chili, Rice

Cooking Instructions:

1. Boil 350ml water in a wide bottom pan and turn off stove
2. Add in sambar pack and stir well
3. Add Idlies to the pan, immerse them well and cover with lid for 7 minutes
4. Serve hot with chutney and enjoy
