The Cumin Club - Masala Poha

Flattened rice flakes rinsed and sauteed with roasted peanuts and warming spices. Great as a quick snack or a light meal.

Ingredients: 

Flattened rice, Mustard, Cumin, Urad dal, Peanut, Channa dal, Chili powder, Turmeric, Salt, Sugar, Chaat masala, Peanut oil

Cooking Instructions:

1. Boil 230 ml of water on stovetop
2. Turn off the flame, empty pack into boiled water and stir
3. Close with the lid and let it rest for 8 mins
4. Stir well, serve hot and enjoy! Suggested side: Chutney
